Website cookies, preference centre, vendors, durations and consent evidence
Operating rule: the Website operates with strictly necessary cookies only, unless and until additional cookies, pixels, tags or local storage items are listed in Cookie Settings and activated after valid consent. Any technology not listed in Cookie Settings is not deployed in production.
1. Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how Sense App S.à r.l. uses cookies and similar technologies on senseliving.app only. Mobile SDKs, push tokens, device identifiers and in-app analytics are governed by the Guest App Privacy Policy and the relevant app and platform disclosures.
2. Standard applied
Non-essential cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and embedded third-party content are blocked before consent, in accordance with the GDPR and the Luxembourg ePrivacy rules (amended Act of 30 May 2005). The first-layer banner provides Accept all, Reject all and Manage settings with equivalent prominence. Consent is granular by category and, where possible, by vendor and purpose. Withdrawal is as easy as consent, through the persistent Cookie Settings link.
Consent logs record the policy and CMP version, timestamp, user choice, categories and vendors selected, withdrawal where applicable, device or session identifier and relevant technical evidence.
3. Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent status | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, session management, form validation, load balancing and storing cookie choices. | No consent required where strictly necessary; technical necessity. | Always on |
| Analytics | Traffic measurement, website performance and conversion measurement. | Prior consent required before activation. | Off |
| Marketing and retargeting | Campaign attribution, retargeting and lead source measurement. | Prior consent required before activation. | Off |
| Embedded third-party content | Videos, maps, social embeds or external widgets. | Prior consent required before loading where non-essential. | Off |
4. Active cookie table
The active cookie table is displayed in the Cookie Settings preference centre and kept aligned with this Policy. It identifies, for each cookie or local storage key: category, name or key, vendor, purpose, duration, country and hosting, and status. The preference centre is the authoritative and continuously updated inventory of the technologies actually in use.

Users may withdraw consent at any time through the persistent Cookie Settings link in the Website footer. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies, but CMP withdrawal is available without requiring browser-level changes.
8. Retention and transfers
Cookies are retained for the duration shown in the CMP cookie table. Where a cookie or similar technology involves a transfer outside the EEA, the applicable provider, country and transfer mechanism are identified in the vendor register and, where relevant, in the CMP or the Website Privacy Policy.
