This website, available at senseliving.app (the "Website"), is operated by Sense App S.à r.l., a Luxembourg société à responsabilité limitée registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B300482, with registered office at 115 Route d'Esch, L-1471 Luxembourg ("SENSE", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Purpose of the Website
The Website is an informational and B2B commercial website presenting the SENSE hospitality, lifestyle, residential, workplace and mixed-use technology platform. It allows building owners, operators, hospitality groups, property managers and business prospects to request information, contact SENSE or request a demonstration.
Accessing or browsing the Website does not create a customer agreement, software licence, partnership, agency, mandate, operator relationship or accommodation relationship with SENSE. Any deployed platform modules are subject to separate terms, privacy notices and data protection arrangements.
3. Separate terms for platform modules
The Guest App, the pre-check-in web flow, the Supplier Admin Panel, the operator dashboard, PMS integrations, smart access and keyless access, payment workflows, AI concierge features and any deployed platform modules are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, data processing agreements, data sharing arrangements, commercial schedules and technical and security annexes.
4. Access and acceptable use
Users must use the Website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with Luxembourg and EU law. Users must not introduce malware, perform scraping, automated extraction, unauthorised vulnerability testing, denial-of-service activity, credential attacks, reverse engineering or any activity that may impair the Website, SENSE systems or third-party systems.
SENSE may restrict, suspend or interrupt access for maintenance, security, legal, compliance or operational reasons. SENSE does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability of the Website.
5. Demo requests and B2B contact
When a user submits a demo or contact form, the user confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they are authorised to act for the relevant organisation where applicable. Submitting a demo request authorises SENSE to respond to that specific request using the details provided.
A demo or contact request is treated as a pre-contractual or legitimate B2B commercial contact. It is not bundled marketing consent. Newsletters, remarketing and non-essential profiling require a separate opt-in where required by law.
6. Platform positioning
SENSE provides a hospitality and lifestyle technology platform, a concierge and orchestration layer and marketplace infrastructure. The Website must not be interpreted as presenting SENSE as a healthcare provider, medical diagnostics provider, regulated wellness operator, payment institution, travel agent or accommodation operator unless a separate signed agreement and regulatory review expressly state otherwise.
7. Third-party links, integrations and social links
The Website may refer or link to third-party websites or services, including PMS, payment processors, smart access providers, CRM tools, analytics tools, embedded videos, maps, social media or external content. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. SENSE is not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Intellectual property
All Website content, brand assets, software, text, images, interfaces, databases, videos, platform architecture, designs, product workflows and trade names are owned by SENSE or its licensors. No right is granted except the limited right to access and view the Website for lawful informational purposes. Reproduction, modification, distribution, scraping, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation requires prior written authorisation.
9. Website information and no reliance
Website information is provided for general informational and commercial purposes only. It may be updated, corrected or withdrawn at any time. Platform features, integrations, AI functionality, smart access, payment modules, PMS modules and supplier marketplace functions vary by deployment and are subject to separate agreements, technical availability and compliance checks.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SENSE is not liable for temporary unavailability, maintenance downtime, inaccuracies, third-party links, third-party integrations, user misuse, force majeure or failures outside SENSE's reasonable control. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Luxembourg or EU mandatory law.
11. Changes and versions
SENSE may update these Website Terms to reflect legal, technical, operational or business changes. The current version, identified by its version number and effective date, is published permanently in the Website Legal Center. Previous versions are archived and material changes are announced on the Website before they take effect. Continued use of the Website after the effective date of a new version constitutes acceptance of the updated Website Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg and applicable European Union law. The courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or mandatory forums that may apply under consumer or other mandatory law.
